DESCRIPTION:We prove Poisson statistics for eigenvalues of random Schrding
 er operators in the continuum. More specifically\, we prove a Minami estim
 ate for continuum  Anderson Hamiltonians in the continuum and\nderive Pois
 son statistics for the eigenvalues in the localization region at the botto
 m of the spectrum.  We also prove simplicity of the eigenvalues in that re
