DESCRIPTION:We prove Poisson statistics for eigenvalues of ran
 dom Schrdinger operators in the continuum. More sp
 ecifically\, we prove a Minami estimate for contin
 uum  Anderson Hamiltonians in the continuum and\nd
 erive Poisson statistics for the eigenvalues in th
 e localization region at the bottom of the spectru
 m.  We also prove simplicity of the eigenvalues in
