DESCRIPTION:The fluxes and flux ratios of charged particles in
cosmic rays are presented in the absolute rigidit
y range from 1 up to 4000 GV. Of particular intere
st is the energy dependance of the positron flux\,
which clearly shows the existence of the new sour
ce of high energy cosmic ray positrons. In the abs
olute rigidity range ∼60 to ∼500 GV\, the antiprot
on\, proton\, and positron fluxes are found to hav
e nearly identical rigidity dependence and the ele
ctron flux exhibits different rigidity dependence.
The identical rigidity dependence of primary and
secondary cosmic ray nuclei fluxes will also be pr
 esented.
