DESCRIPTION:In &nbsp\;these lectures I will introduce &nbsp\;and explore p
 roperties &nbsp\;of the Renormalisation&nbsp\;  Group (RG) both in its dis
 crete and continuous forms. Topics &nbsp\;to be discussed include&nbsp\;  
 multi scale &nbsp\;expansions\, the RG\, Gaussian fixed points\, Wick prod
 ucts from the RG point of view\,  ultraviolet cutoff removal\, flow equati
 ons and perturbative flows\, trivial and non-trivial fixed points\, and &n
 bsp\;critical field theories. Time&nbsp\; permitting\, I will discuss a ri
 gorous application. These lectures are supposed to be elementary.&nbsp\;
