DESCRIPTION:Dr. Julian Huppert\, who served as MP for Cambridge from 2010-
 2015 and completed his PhD in chemistry under Shankar Balasubramanian\, wi
 ll be speaking on scientific matters with political zest - or vice versa. 
 Dr. Huppert will discuss science\, politics and how we can combine the two
  to create effective\, evidence-based policy\; a talk sure to be entertain
 ing for scientists and politicians alike.\n\nThe event is co-hosted by Tri
 nity Politics Society and Trinity College Science Society\, and will be he
 ld at Winstanley Lecture Theatre. To access the venue\, enter the gate on 
 the opposite side of the road from Great Gate\, turn right\, head upstairs
 \, and take the second left turn. There will be signs directing you to 'Wi
 nstanley Theatre'. Doors will open at 18:00 with refreshments provided\, a
 nd the talk will begin at 18:15.
