DESCRIPTION:In this talk I will review the status of black hole solutions 
 for theories in which the gravitational force is mediated by a massive spi
 n-2 particle.  I will present the arguments that such black holes must nec
 essarily be time-dependent and I will discuss the implications for black h
 ole mechanics.
