 s run by Miriam Lynn (Acting Head of E&D at the Un
 iversity of Cambridge)  and Lucian Stephenson (Cha
 ir of the University LGBT+ staff network). Miriam 
 has extensive experience of working within the LGB
 T+ sector\, they will both share personal and prof
 essional insights \n \nThe aims of the session\;\n

 language and terms such as cis gender\, non-binary
 \, transgender\, transitioning and gender queer in
