Friends of Clare Hall Art Society (FCHAS) are excited to present a screening of Susan Steinberg’s documentary film ‘Mirrors to Windows: The Artist as Woman’ – featuring ten extraordinary women artists, followed by a talk and Q&A with the film director. In her director’s statement, Susan remarks: “Mirrors to Windows… aims to reach out to the creative spirit which resides in each of us, demystifying the elusive artistic practice and making it accessible to a wide audience. This film offers the voices of ten diverse, dynamic and inspirational role models – ten women, across three generations, who are making art work in the 21st century.” The screening will begin at 6.00pm, with a running time of 76 minutes and will be followed by Susan’s Talk.
