TGMW42 - Developments in Healthcare Imaging – Connecting with Academia The presentation will focus on the role of Cardiac Magnetic Resonance (CMR) in patients with myocardial infarction (MI), as well as the prognostic utility and limitations of imaging biomarkers, illustrated by a case example. There will be a brief description of SoftMech- an EPSRC funded to establish a world-leading interdisciplinary Centre for Mathematics in Healthcare focused on soft tissue mechanics.
