Abstract
John will explore Nigeria’s future emission reduction plans, the opportunities this creates and the challenges it poses. He will consider how the Nigerian economy may best implement its commitment to reducing emissions (as reflected in its so-called ‘Intended Nationally Determined Contribution’) and more. However, is it possible to have an effective solution to the current challenges if one does not understand the history? Norbert will will explore what exactly constitutes Nigeria’s energy history.
