Shackle Biennial Memorial Lecture, organised by St Edmund’s College in memory of the late Professor G.L.S. Shackle. Lord Turner is Chairman of the Institute for New Economic Thinking and the author of ‘Economics after the Crisis’. His new book ‘Between Debt and the Devil: Money, Credit, and Fixing Global Finance’ has recently been published.
