Abstract
The organization and the dynamics of chromatin in the cell nucleus are still not resolved. Experimental and theoretical approaches are now converging and I propose to summarize recent progress using polymer models for studying and analyzing single particle trajectories of loci. Finally,we will discuss polymer looping for interpreting large data sets and reconstructing chromatin organization.
