Professor Steve Evans is going to introduce the research challenges from the UK government foresight report on the future of manufacturing.

Steve will be describing the UK Foresight process used to study the Future of Manufacturing. He will explain the main forces working on manufacturing, the key technologies that will shape our manufacturing future and how these might combine.
