Abstract
The eigenvalue problem for the infinity Laplacian arises as the limit as $p o infty$ of the eigenvalue problem for the p-Laplacian and it is given by the free boundary problem $$ max (lambda u-| abla u|,Delta_infty u ) = 0 $$ I will briefly discuss how this limit can be obtained, some known result for the case $p=infty$ and some related open problems.
