Abstract
All new engineers go through an intensive onboarding program called “Bootcamp”, which goal is to immerse them into our code base, give flexibility in choosing a project and get familiar to the company culture. And since the best way to learn is by solving problems, each new engineer is assigned several tasks on different projects. This talk will walk you through our development process with an example – the most challenging bootcamp task I had to solve.
