Abstract
“What does it mean for an organisation to be resilient and how can organisations improve their resilience?” These are the questions that will be addressed by Maurizio Tomasella (DIAL) and Simon Ford (CTM) in this DIAL Seminar. The talk will begin with a brief overview of the main definitions of resilience and reflect on the types of disruptions and crises that firms face. A suite of workshop-based tools recently developed by Maurizio and Simon will also be described. These tools will help firms learn from past disruptions, identify and classify future ones, and explore mitigation strategies to those identified as most critical.
Series This talk is part of the DIAL seminars series.
