- đ Venue: Seminar Room 1, Newton Institute
Abstract
Next generation sequencing promises to revolutionize modern biomedical genetics in providing unparalleled levels of information about DNA sequence variation. There are statistical challenges and opportunities at all stages, from handling and processing raw experimental data through to downstream analysis. The talk will aim to give a flavour of some of these from projects underway at The Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics and in our collaborations.
Series This talk is part of the Isaac Newton Institute Seminar Series series.
