The session will highlight implementation experiences, stakeholder responses, and key lessons for future digital transformation in health and care.

About the speaker: Professor Cresswell is a leading social scientist in digital health evaluation, with experience consulting for WHO , Harvard Medical School, and NHS England. Her work spans technologies from EHRs to AI, with a focus on aligning stakeholder interests to enable safe, scalable digital transformation.
