Discover how to quiet the inner critic and connect with the deeper self that is peaceful, powerful, and worthy. This session explores how awareness of our true identity transforms self-perception, dissolves old patterns of self-judgment, and nurtures an inner climate where self-respect can flourish. Through reflection and meditation, learn to replace limiting inner dialogue with the clarity and confidence of the soul’s original nature. With Speaker Erik Larson.

Erik Larson has been with the Brahma Kumaris for over 35 years and serves as a National Director in the USA , as well as a representative to the United Nations. With a background in civil engineering and a 30-year career in property loss control, he combines practical insight with deep spiritual understanding. Erik is a founding member of the Long Island Multi-Faith Forum and actively serves on the NGO Committee on Freedom of Religion or Belief and the Committee of Religious NGOs, building bridges between faiths and promoting constructive community action.
