If you have a question about this talk, please contact md989. I will describe a non-perturbative numerical method for capturing QFT dynamics in real time. After a general introduction explaining this CFT based method, I will describe some recent applications of the method in 2d and 3d. Some of the applications will be to non-Lagrangian theories. If time permits, I will also describe our study of high-energy states in QFT and their connection to ideas about quantum chaos, ergodicity, and eigenstate thermalization.
