OGGW02 - Actions on graphs and metric spaces

We discuss recent progress on bilipschitz and quasisymmetric mappings between Carnot groups.  Motivation for studying such mappings comes from geometric group theory, geometric mapping theory, analysis on metric spaces, and PDE .

This is based on joint work with Stefan Muller, Xiangdong Xie, and Laszlo Szekelyhidi.

This talk is part of the Isaac Newton Institute Seminar Series series.
