Explore how to live with intention and create a life that is aligned with your values and purpose, using spiritual principles as your guide. Spirituality in Daily Life is a weekly drop-in meditation and discussion session held on Thursday mornings at Inner Space. Join like-minded individuals in exploring practical subjects from a fresh and spiritual perspective in a friendly and tranquil atmosphere. The session runs from 12 noon to 12:30pm, and is followed by a lunchtime meditation from 12:30pm to 1pm. Everyone is welcome to attend, and there is no need to book in advance.
