Rigidity for automorphisms of projective surfacesAdd to your list(s) Download to your calendar using vCal
If you have a question about this talk, please contact Dhruv Ranganathan. I will describe some rigidity results concerning the dynamics of automorphisms of complex projective surfaces, in particular when the surface and the automorphisms are defined over a number field. The goal is to illustrate how algebraic geometry, dynamical systems, and arithmetic geometry interact. This talk is part of the Algebraic Geometry Seminar series.
