William Poole is a final-year graduate student at Caltech (co-advised by Erik Winfree and Richard Murray). His research bridges theory, computation, and experiments in order to enable automated quantitative modeling of biochemical circuits. In this talk, he will discuss BioCRNpyler, a python package which allows its users to easily build, manage, and explore sophisticated biochemical models using diverse biochemical implementations, environments, and modeling assumptions.

This talk will be held as a webinar via Google Meet at https://meet.google.com/ihe-znaa-rub.
