If you have a question about this talk, please contact info. The Cambridge Bahá’í community has organised a series of talks and discussions on several core principles and teachings of the Bahá’í Faith, entitled “Principles for a Better World”. Talks will take place on Wednesdays from 8-9:30pm from mid-January to mid-April on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month. All talks are free and open to all, and light refreshments will be served. The title of this talk is “Could there be a spiritual solution to our economic problems?” . The economic problems facing humanity are immense. The gap between the wealthiest and poorest members of society is growing larger every day. Approaches using political or legal methods to attempt to reduce this gap have been largely unsuccessful. What if there is a spiritual solution to our economic problems? In this talk we will explore what the Bahá’í teachings say about addressing this important issue. “The well-being of mankind, its peace and security, are unattainable unless and until its unity is firmly established.” This talk is part of the Cambridge University Bahá'í Society series.
