Abstract
Deep learning has recently revolutionised the field of Machine Translation. Like in many other Natural Language Processing tasks, deep neural networks are now at the core of the technology currently deployed in a wide range of popular products. In this talk I will offer an introduction into Neural Machine Translation, describing the task and the main models and algorithms used by the state of the art. I will also show some of the technical challenges and how we address them at SDL Research Cambridge to bring the best technology to customers.
Series This talk is part of the Data Intensive Science Seminar Series series.
