CUCU and Anglia Ruskin UCU invite you to this joint event on women and casualisation in higher education. Our guest speaker is Prof. Carole Leathwood (London Met), is an expert on inequalities relating to gender, social class and race in HE. In the forum we will discuss how and why casualised contracts are used by universities, how they affect women, and what we can do to tackle the specific challenges faced by women on casual contracts. Lunch will be provided, so please register using our Eventbrite by Nov 11 so we have a sense of numbers.
