DESCRIPTION:How does LHC sensitivity designed around simplifie
d models map onto realistic SUSY scenarios? After
 reviewing recent public ATLAS/CMS constraints\, I'
ll present interpretations in terms of a 19-parame
ter 'phenomenological' MSSM and discuss lessons we
can learn from such studies. As SUSY searches con
front the LHC energy ceiling\, what will shape fut
ure searches given the dearth of signals? Higher l
uminosity will help probe the electroweak sector b
eyond LEP bounds. I'll discuss experimental challe
nges for detecting low energy 'soft' decay product
s\, such as the Barr-Scoville strategy for discove
 ring weak-scale scalar leptons. \n
