DESCRIPTION:Inkjet printing\, enhanced and combined with funct
 ional fluids\, is beginning to be used to produce 
 products as diverse as electronic circuits\, bone 
 implants and anti-counterfeit product labelling. F
 unctional fluids are fluids that undergo some form
  of phase transformation to produce functional str
 uctures\, built up layer by layer\, using inkjet p
 rinting as a micro-dispenser for the fluids. The t
 alk will look at the potential for these methods a
 nd also at some of the challenges that will be inv
 olved in realising them in practice.
