DESCRIPTION:How AGN (Active Galactic Nuclei) feedback operates
is one of the unsolved mysteries plaguing modern
day astronomy. AGN outflows could explain how this
  feedback operates and\, to investigate this\, I u
se the [O III] emission line as a tracer of ionise
d outflows. In this talk\, I will present work inv
estigating the link between low-frequency radio em
ission\, using the LOFAR Two-meter Sky Survey Deep
  Fields at 144 MHz\, and [O III] kinematics\, meas
ured from SDSS spectroscopy\, for a sample of opti
cally selected AGN. We discover that radio detecte
d AGN are more likely to host an [O III] outflow c
ompared to radio non-detected AGN. We observe a st
ronger broad\, blue-shifted component in the radio
-detected AGN\, implying a profound link between l
ow-frequency radio emission and [OIII] outflows.\n
To further link AGN outflows to low-frequency radi
o emission\, we harness the power of widefield VLB
I (Very Long Baseline Interferometry) processing a
nd imaging by incorporating the international stat
ions of LOFAR into the data reduction process\, to
obtain sub-arcsecond radio images. To conclude th
is talk\, I will present the first 0.3” resolution
image at 144 MHz of the Boötes Deep Field and ear
ly results linking high resolution radio morpholog
ies at 144 MHz to the presence of [O III] outflows
