the plane. To my knowledge it is one of the very r
are analytic representation theorems. The core ide
a is that\nwe can describe growing sets by a famil
y of measures that encodes how quickly which part
of the boundary grows.\nAs a result\, we obtain an
equivalence between analytic properties of certai
n functions and geometric properties of simply con
nected sets in the plane. This approach has been a
pplied to prove distortion estimates of conformal
maps and is very popular in studying random growth
models.
