epartment of Earth Sciences. The talk will be stre
amed live on the Geoscience in Context facebook pa

ode of conduct\, which can be found here: https://

\n\nFieldwork has long been seen as integral to Ea
rth Sciences\, and discussions over its role and p
rominence are often highly charged. Although a key
way to learn many geological concepts\, fieldwork
is undoubtedly exclusionary in nature\, and conve
rsations around the future of fieldwork must consi
der how best to make it as accessible and inclusiv
e as possible. I will discuss some of the challeng
es and opportunities that fieldwork presents\, and
share resources to help promote inclusivity. Sugg
