 r you. It will argue that to get the most out of your relationship with yo
 ur supervisor you will need to be proactive and assertive. In particular t
 he session will encourage you to think about the following issues:\n* The 
 relative rights and responsibilities of the supervisor and supervisee\;\n*
  What your supervisor cares about and how you can move up in their priorit
 ies\;\n* Strategies that you can use to manage the supervision and make th
 em more useful\;\n* What to do if things go wrong.
