Graduate recruiters use extended hiring processes with application forms, competency based interviews and assessment centres. We’ll discuss the attributes that companies value in a prospective employee, explore why companies ask the questions they do and how you can make your responses as effective as possible. Taking the BP process as a template for a typical application and interview system, we will provide you with tips and guidance to succeed with an application to any graduate role or internship. The workshop is aimed at both undergraduates and postgraduates.

Refreshments will be provided afterwards in the Central Core.
