Warm transiting giant planets represent less than 2% of the known exoplanet population. However, they might hold the key to understanding the formation and evolution of all giant planets, including our neighbours Jupiter and Saturn. Here, discovery of new worlds has a crucial role to play by growing the sample size for in-depth characterisation of stand-out systems, as well as demographics studies of the whole population. In this talk, I will present two discovery projects I work on, each focused on detecting transiting warm Jupiters in different contexts. I will describe my Antarctic Giants programme which uses ASTEP , as well as MANGOS , which is run as part of SPECULOOS . I will share some exciting results from each project as well as future plans.
