BID - Quantum field theory with boundaries, impurities, and defects

I will discuss conformal and chiral anomalies in the presence of boundaries in both even and odd dimensions. Additionally, I will speculate on possible experimental manifestations of these anomalies, such as the chiral magnetic effect and its generalizations.
