TGM159 - Graduate Training Workshop for the Mathematical Sciences Explore how mathematicians and stakeholders from business, industry and government work together to formulate a plan using mathematical sciences approaches. Using the hydrogen content of gas pipes as a case study, see examples of how to (and how not to) conduct an initial meeting with an industrial partner. Work in groups to develop your own plan for how mathematics could be applied to address the problem presented. This talk is part of the Isaac Newton Institute Seminar Series series.
