OGGW03 - Spectral gaps

A mentoring breakfast for early-career researchers (PhD students, postdocs, and just-appointed faculty), especially encouraging participation from historically underrepresented groups. The idea is to help junior members of the community build their support network among themselves and talk with senior colleagues
