Translation of a viscoelastic cell in Newtonian tube flow – this is work she did while she was at Oxford, modelling cell deformation and internal stresses as it travels through blood flow 2. Modelling hydrogel actuators – this is the work she is doing with Tom Montenegro-Johnson modelling swelling of hydrogels adhered to surfaces for use as actuators This talk is part of the Institute of Theoretical Geophysics lunchtime seminar series.
