The Raja Yoga series

Add to your list(s) Send you e-mail reminders

Raja Yoga is a philosophy of life that is made practical through meditation; a philosophy exploring the meaning of who we are and what our highest purpose can be. It helps us to attain both happiness and clarity of mind, setting out a way of seeing and understanding ourselves in relation to the world we live in.

The series will feature talks, panel and group discussions.
