Writing Contents That LastAdd to your list(s) Send you e-mail reminders I think some bloggers are so skilled & talented, that is why I started curating contents in 2017. They can edit videos, conjure up good content, communicate in relatable ways to audience, etc. However, I do have a problem with the way some mingle into politics and try to chive their thoughts into others. I feel they suddenly have authority to speak on matters they have no expertise in. It’s one thing to take part in a contemporary discourse. It’s another thing to make ungrounded claims & label it as “it’s my opinion”. Opinions should have a basis. Not having one means you’re detached from reality. It speaks volumes about the intent of their expression, too. There is no shame in saying: “I honestly don’t know much about this issue.”,”I would have to read up on it.”, “I’d love to hear your thoughts.” It’s better not to pretend to educate others, when you do not know much about a topic. I have also seen some that seem to know their onions. I stumbled on this article on “how to pass exams”: https://zerofy.ng/how-to-pass-waec/
As a writer, either in Academia or otherwise, we have to give attention to the kind of articles that we write. A writer should know what he is doing. We need to spread knowledge.
