Divine Ikubor, known professionally as Rema, is a Nigerian singer and rapper. He was born on May 1, 2000.

He signed a record deal with Jonzing World, a Mavin Records subsidiary, in 2019.

Rema was born in the Edo state of Benin City. Born into a Christian family, during his secondary school, Rema grew up singing and raping. He graduated from Edo State with his primary and secondary education.

The ‘Dumebi’ crooner was nominated in the ‘Song of The Year’, ‘AFRIMMA Video of The Year’ and ‘Best Newcomer’ categories of the award ceremony set to take place in Dallas, Texas.
